I thought this recipe was very easy and all the ingredients I love. It was good. However, it was bland and did not have much flavor at all. It needed something - maybe a different cheese or some tabasco......not sure what, but this was a good starter recipe.

Excellent recipe! I took some of the other reviewers advice and instead of the cream of mushroom soup, I added a 1/2 cup of light sour cream and 1/2 cup of queso cheese dip. I sauteed the onions with some garlic, oregano, chili powder and olive oil. There are a LOT of chips. I would have cut back on the chips a bit. This would also be great over rice.

I thought this was a great recipe. My husband loved it! The only change I would make would be to add some nuts - like pecans. This dish could have 1/2 cup of raisins AND a 1/2 cup of cranberries. Really great dish. Thanks for sharing!

Okay, I am not a great cook - No, I mean it! This was my first attempt at making homemade mashed potatos and I just have to say that it was fantastic! This recipe is soooooo easy and the results were really tasty. I followed the recipe to the letter and they were delicious. My kids were so impressed. Thank you for sharing this!

I have to tell you that when I read this recipe I thought, "what is going to hold this together"? No rue, no eggs, nothing that resembles glue! So, I threw it in the oven and hoped for the best. Well, I got the best! OMG - this is to die for. I made it exactly as instructed and even my daughter who hates my trying new mac and cheese recipes agreed that this was very, very good. Thanks Chuck - this is now a staple in my recipe book! Granted, it is not diet food - but it is pure comfort food!

Excellent. I made mine without the beer (I just didn't have any in the house) and it still turned out great! So easy and everyone in my house liked it. Definately a recipe I will put in the front of my stash!

I tried this last night and my family did not enjoy it at all. I used 1 pound of spaghetti instead of what the recipe called for. The mixture of the soup and the cheese was just too much. Too bland, too cheesy........sorry, was not a hit at my house.
