I love to cook hate to clean. Have been cooking since I was 7 and I enjoy letting people try my creations.Now that I have a wonderful 2 year old boy, most of my cooking has been made simple.
My favorite things to cook
cassroles, cookies, candy making, home made breads, and I dabble in cake decorating(my fav. to do)
My cooking tragedies
Thanksgiving evey other year seems to be an event that always comes with a error I can never live down. At least it makes the day memoriable.

Cinnamon Coffee Cake II

Molasses Cookies
Better when hot, the cookies were okay and yes very easy to make ,but they lacked some kick. If I make them agian I will add some more molasses and other spices.
