Cinnamon Chicken
This was very yummy,but I typically don't measure seasonings so the amount of salt didn't cause a problem for me. Also, I used Garlic Salt so I didn't add any extra salt. I browned with butter just before it was finished, which only took 30 minutes at 350 convection

Pork Roast with Thyme
We love this recipe!! You can get pre portioned Pork Loins at Costco, just the right size for this recipe. I did make a couple of changes: About half way I switch to apple juice instead of vinegar and I baste every 15 minutes the whole time. A really simple and tasty recipe!

Totally Tangy Baked French Fries
convection bake with stoneware, the french fries come out tops and you can cut cooking time in half (about 20 minutes)
