I loved this. My goal was to try a recipe that would make the pork delicious without having to slather a sauce all over it. This recipe delivered. I had a whopping 7.4 lb bone in boston butt to cook. I doubled the recipe, except for the cinnamon. I was worried about time because it was almost double the size in the recipe so I put it on high for 5 hours (I meant to only leave it for about 2-3 hours on high, but I forgot about it). Then I switched to low for an hour. I expected it to be longer, but it was finished around 6 1/2 hours of cooking. The meat is so flavorful and tasty! I ate it two ways. Piled high on a kaiser roll and piled on top of cooked potatoes with sour cream. I'll make it again!!
