Chicken Marsala

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2011
The wine was overpowering. I felt like it didn't really cook out. I made this for a family dinner and I just didn't feel right about giving it to my kids because the alcohol flavor was so strong. My husband and I did enjoy it but too strong for kids in my opinion.

Cake Balls

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2010
These are great and everyone wants the recipe! It also makes a lot. To save time I cooked the cake in my Pampered Chef Deep Covered Baker in the microwave for 10 minutes. It turns out perfect! I also did an AWESOME variation of gingerbread cake mix and a jar of lemon curd instead of frosting. I used the vanilla bark on this. SOOOOO GOOD! www.pamperedchef.biz/carriemiller

Grilled Sea Bass

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2010
This was very good! I don't know how that much rub would have worked with 2 pounds though. I had two small pieces and used all the rub. I also felt the grill temp was too high. I had the middle burner off and the front and back on medium. I grilled it in the middle. The butter and garlic was delicious. (I did use less of that since it was only 2 pieces of fish.) I will make this again!

Amy's Delicious Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: May 26, 2010
These were delicious!! BUT they stuck to the grill and made my husband very mad :( Make sure to use some grill spray since they are so low in fat. I used 2 egg whites instead of the egg, and I used whole wheat gold fish. I used 1/2 a Tablespoon of the chili flakes since my 2 year old was going to eat them. They were still spicy. We all loved them!! Oh we also topped them with grilled onions and mushrooms and had them on whole wheat buns. They just as good the next day without the extra toppings though.

Chinese Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2010
This was soo good. I used 2 chicken breasts on the george forman grill and used a little Pampered Chef asian seasoning on them. I used 1 head of Romain lettuce. Instead of the noodles I used that "chow mein" in the asian section. It is crunchy and looks like little slightly curly sticks. I used almost the full amount of peanut oil but then added a few splashes of sesame oil. It gives it such a delcious nutty flavor. I did not use salt and it tasted great with out it. I also subbed toasted almonds for the walnuts. After the chicken was done cooking, I used my salad chopper (Pampered Chef) to shredd it and also added dressing to it to make it extra moist. I added it to the salad while it was still hot. I also added fresh mandarine oranges. It was the best chinese salad I've ever had!!
