Can i say amazing! wow, that was delicious. I chopped up carrots and celery in mine and took the suggestion of others and used chicken broth instead of the water and seasoned the chicken to my liking before cooking. YUMMY!!!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2008
I usually don't care for chicken pot pie but I must say this was a DELICIOUS recipe! Me and my family definately enjoyed it. From reading previous reviews I took the suggestions from others and it came out great. 1. boiled the chicken and veggies in the chicken broth instead of water 2. doubled the amount of ingredients needed to make the sauce, so the pie doesn't come out too dry.... and it didnt! 3. baked the crust for 5 mins before putting the filling in to prevent the crust from getting too soggy. 4. brushed the top and bottom crust with egg whites to get that nice golden brown color. I divided my pies into 6 little mini pies so everyone in my family was able to have there own individual pies. YUMMY!

Salmon Patties I

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2009
I thought it was ok, for some reason my patties did not stay together while they were cooking. I added red/green pepper and some mixed garlic into the mixture.

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2009
I was great, I did make a few adjustments. I added an extra can of tuna, doubled the amount of sauce, and added a chicken bullion cube to give a little more flavor. I dont think that 3 tbls was enough bread crumbs, next time I make this I will be putting a lot more! Great dish, thanks!

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2008
I thought that the recipe was very easy and simple to make, I loved it. The only thing a did a little different was layered the potatoes with shredded cheddar cheese to give a creamier flavor. Other than that it's great!

Penne and Vodka Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2008
It was delicious! I added fresh basil, omitted the pancetta and added grilled chicken. The only reason why I did not give it the full 5 stars because I actually had to make a second batch of the sauce just to cover my 16oz box of penne pasta! Other than that, it was great!
