I am definitely not an expert but I have been cooking and baking since I was a teen. I attented culinary school and I am now a semi-professional cake decorator and stay-at-home mom. I love creating special, one of a kind cakes for children's birthdays. For my family, I focus my cooking on organic and natural foods. Every year, the girls in my family gather for our annual Cookie Day. We spend the day baking cookies for Christmas. My daughter and I have won "family best" two years running for our gingerbread house in our town's annual Gingerbread House Contest.
