Indian Turkey Burgers With Lime, Cucumbers, and Chutney

These tasted great. But, as with my turkey meatloaf, they fell apart. I just grilled them in a pan on the stove. The blend of spices smelled and tasted wonderful. We at the cucumber stuff on the side (w/o lime). I had never used coriander - due to it being related to cilantro (which I HATE!). But decided to try it in this dish - I will be using it again, nothing at all like cilantro. For those who aren't sure about mincing the ginger - use a garlic press.

A Jerky Chicken

Really Delicious. This was my first time using a Habenero pepper. I will be using them again! Perfect heat! I grows on you as you eat, but not overwhelming. Followed recipe to a tee.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Well my coworkers didn't eat much of it - but they were afraid of the heat. That's what I LOVE about this spread. It builds the more you eat. Yum!

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

Excellent! I didn't read all the reviews, so I don't know how many people mention this, but the Cook time is WRONG on this. The first thing you do is simmer the chicken for 1 HOUR! The simmer the combined soup for another 30 min. Just wanted everyone to know that this isn't a quick soup. And you can tell - VERY TASTY! I used a mild salsa for my first time, but will try medium next time. We like it hot and my dad was adding Tabasco with the mild salsa. Shredding the chicken was so easy and I like that in soup better than chunks. Thanks!!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Delicious in the name and delicious in my mouth! YUM!! I made this for a work luncheon. I made this, chicken noodle and chili. This was the CLEAR winner. It was great! Due to the notes of some that it was thin, I doubled everything (for a larger amount to take to work) except the water and milk. As it thickened, I added more water. It was NOT thin doing it that way. I will DEFINITELY make this again - soon.

Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup

This soup was very tasty. My dad even liked it. Added salt and pepper to taste, as well as hot sauce. But, makes too much to store!! I think I would only make 1/2 batch next time. Also would add more veggies - corn, beans, potatoes etc.
