About this Cook
I am a Mother of two wonderful boys, I have A very Loving Husband. We love to cook. If I'm not working I'm cooking. some people clean when they are stressed I cook. I plan on cooking alot this Christmas, I don't bake much, I'm going to attempt baking this Christmas, That is going to be my gifts to some co-workers, if anyone has any ideas I'm all ears.
My favorite things to cook
My Favorite things to cook are: "Southern Cooking" Chicken and Dumplings,I like cooking Comfort food.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Every year around the 4th of July my husband and I have friends & family over and we cook a whole hog, we have a big Bar B Q pit. that we fire up, if anyone wants to bring other meats we throw them on there to.
My cooking tragedies
My cooking Tragedy was when I cooked my first Thanksgiving meal, One of my best friends came to help me finish things up and when it was time to take the Turkey out, It was so pretty, but I forgot to take the bag of livers gizzards and all that good stuff I use to make the gravy.

Baked Spaghetti
GREAT!!! My spaghetti sauce jar was 23oz. so I had to add more sauce. this will replace my other way of cooking spaghetti. Next time I'm going to put peperoni on top maybe black olives. a must try

Magic Peanut Butter Middles

Santa's Chocolate Thumbprint Cookies
don't forget to roll in sugar mix,I did on first batch, and they were not good . . . when I did roll them in suger/cinnamon the cookie itself was dry.
