Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

I made this recipe tonight and it seems to taste better by the minute. I would serve this to any guest, anytime for any occasion. I thought it was best after sitting for about half an hour as it thickened up just great! Excellent dish!

Uncooked Banana Pudding

Easy to make, would not be able to tell the difference between this and the recipes that require cooking the pudding...tastes even better the next day like good banana pudding with vanilla wafers should!

Angel Chicken Pasta

I prepared this recipe exactly according to instructions and found there was plenty of sauce and then some so I was confused by the comments of others who did not end up with enough sauce; also, the salt content was fine, in fact, the soup made it so that it required no additional salt; it is important to remember with this recipe that you use GOLDEN MUSHROOM SOUP and NOT Cream of Mushroom...might explain some user's comment about "blandness"....

Hungarian Goulash I

This was pretty good. I did not use 1/3 c. oil...just enough to keep it from sticking. Served over wide egg noodles along with poppyseed lemon muffins. We also added beef broth for part of the water as suggested in other comments and it worked out great.

Rib Eye Steaks with a Soy and Ginger Marinade

I made this for valentine/anniversary...it was WONDERFUL. Try it with the Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes recipe on this site and also the grilled asparagus recipe on this site. The combination is AWESOME. My family is still talking about how good this was.

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

These potatoes were a big hit at my house. They're great because you can get them in the slow cooker and you're free to tend to the rest of the meal. The biggest plus though is that they are truely melt in your mouth. I will never make mashed potatoes by peeling, boiling and mixing ever again!!!!!! These are GREAT!!

Two Ton Bourbon Pecan Cake

I had to put a one star for the kid friendly rating because this really is an "adults only" cake as the bourbon is added after the cooking which means none of the alcohol is cooked off. The taste of this cake is fantastic and if you serve it to anyone who even remotely likes bourbon they will NOT be disappointed. Great cake. Thanks!

Willy's Juicy Steak

This is a really good marinade. I used New York strip steaks instead of Rib-eyes and they were really tender and juicy. The vinegar based hot sauce leaves you a lot of room for personal preference as I found many sauces at the store with varying degrees of hotness. I used a State Fair Salamida Spiedie Sauce. I also had to use 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce because I only had 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce. This one is definitely worth repeating!!!!!!

Crab Stuffed Flounder

Everyone in my family LOVED this. It would make a great presentation for a company dinner. Even my seafood haters LOVED this. And it was so easy. This is my favorite flounder with crabmeat recipe I've found so far.
