Thai-Style Peanut Sauce with Honey
This was a great recipe! I didn't have rice wine vinegar, so I used Braggs Apple Cider instead and it was great. Also, to it's creator, Jeramyn, I am the same as you in that I love an intense peanut butter flavor, so next time you try this, add in some powdered peanut butter to ramp up the taste without affecting the volume of the recipe. I think most grocery stores stock it now, even WalMart and Target. Also, I like spice and love garlic, so I added a tablespoon of Chuloa's spicy garlic sauce to it. Absolutely perfect! Thanks!

Pub-Style Vegetarian Chili
I made chili the other day--almost exactly like this--and it was delicious! Some people don't like chili minus the "beef" component, so I take some wheat berries and quinoa and cook in some veggie "beef" broth by Better Than Bullion and it gives a great flavor, and texture to the chili that satisfies my non-veggie friends. Additionally, the grains give a lot of nutritional value in an almost non-fat medium. Hope you enjoy it if you give it a try, and thanks for a great recipe!

Beef Stroganoff III
I made a vegan version of this with a textured soy "beef skewer," soy sour cream and a veggie stock... totally delicious and super easy. A good recipe, in my opinion, is one that can be suited to meet the needs of any diet, and this one definitely makes the cut!
