Best Ever Pie Crust

I've made this recipe twice and I fill it and pop it in the oven, but it never cooks!! I think it's too thick, but when I roll it real thin it just falls apart.

Make sure not to cook these cookies until lightly brown because that makes them TOO HARD. I think these cookies are supposed to be more white in color from looking at pictures online. They aren't very fluffy, if that's what you were looking for then maybe you should try adding egg to the recipe. but the ingredients were all tastey :)
