This is a fantastic recipe - I make it often but switch out the "additions" to suit whatever cravings I may be having. Very flexible. My only suggestion (hence the 4 star rather than 5 star rating)is to add salt. 1/2 tsp up to a teaspoon depending on the ingredients you use. Thanks for the submission!

Cranberry Chutney I

Best Fried Green Tomatoes

Loved these tomatoes! Used only egg whites to ensure they came out super crispy and crunchy. Egg yolks can make fried foods a little greasy and sometimes soggy.

Yummmy! I rarely have buttermilk in the house, so I used 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt. This is now one of my family's favorites.

Apple Dumplings I

I was a little doubtful of the refridgerated biscuts working well, but I was really pleased! In fact, this is a favorite among my friends. I just reduced the water by half and followed the rest of the directions and it worked wonderfully! Will definitely make again and again...

Clone of a Cinnabon

I thought this was a great recipe that was realitively simple. The first time I tried it, I was in such a hurry that I forgot the eggs! But, fortunately, this is a very forgiving recipe! I added the eggs really late, after the first rising, and I was able to salvage the dough. I reccommend that everyone should try it!
