Strawberry Soup III
Yummy! Used fresh blueberries (didn't have s-berries) and about 1 tablespoon sugar instead of 1 teaspoon. Delicious and simple!

Too Much Chocolate Cake
SOOOOO good! very rich! this cake does NOT need icing, though. I frosted mine with buttercream and it was waaay to sweet for me. It would be perfect by itself. A friend told me it was the best chocolate cake they ever tasted.

Festive Tossed Salad
Everyone LOVED this salad when I took it to a dinner yesterday. Usually when you bring a salad to a party, you always end up taking home leftovers. NOT the case with this salad! It was gone before anything else was! I doubled the amount of cranberries (i used Craisins) and it was perfect!!
