My husband says: "if i could rate this any higher I would...and from now on if it's "TACO NIGHT" it's definitely has to be this recipe" lol.....It was better than expected...I wasn't thinking that the mixture of the seasoning was going to be "great"...but it turned out nicely...I took the suggestions below adding cilantro...but i kept the oregano...and i also added a few toppings "chopped onion, cilantro, and jalapeño" and I marinated the chicken in the seasonings before saute-ing it....and then added extra lime juice and olive oil as well...(and a touch of cumin and cayenne pepper...we like it hot and spicy!) very delicious...my husband thoroughly enjoyed it...I will be making this one again!

This is sooo good and tastes just like San Diego! I miss it so much and I don't have a Rubio's nearby! I've made it several times already and didn't even have enough time to review it! It is PERFECT! No variation to it! Thank you so much for the recipe! NOTE: I've made this a MILLION times now! It never gets old. It is so GOOD! LOVE LOVE it! NEW NOTE: IF I COULD GIVE THIS MORE STARS I WOULD!!!! Wow! It was AMAZING! Everyone wanted a copy of the recipe. I ended up having to log on to allrecipes and print out several copies! And now I'm making it again! YUM! Never going to want to BUY pound cake AGAIN! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
