All American Roast Beef

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2010
Not bad, but not great either. We cooked it 45 minutes extra and it was still extra rare. We did let it sit for 15 minutes too. I like red meat pretty rare, but it was too rare and it made it chewy. I'm going to stick with my rotisserie for roast beef.

Coconut Cream Pie

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2010
A little labor intensive, but worth it. I made the recipe exactly per the recipe except that I toasted some coconut that was left in the bag and put it on top of the pie. We were impatient and digged into the pie as soon as it was done cooling and we thought it tasted more vanilla than coconut. When we ate it the next day, it was definitely coconut flavored though. Really really good. It was a hit with me, my husband an my mother in law and the three of us ate it all.

Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2010
My husband loved this and I thought it was good not great. It was a little on the salty side and I didn't add any salt. It all went though. I used fat free sour cream and light mayo and didn't miss the calories or fat. I'd make it again.

Everyone loved these. My mother in law practically swooned. I followed the recipe exactly. They were surprisingly easy for something so delicious.

Pasta/Pizza Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2010
It didn't overwhelm us, but it was tasty and really good on the pizza. It could not be easier either. I wouldn't serve this over pasta, but will definitely make it again for our pizza.

Pretzel Turtles

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2009
These couldn't be easier and they were a huge hit. I did the square snap pretzels with Rolos and toasted pecans. I think for Christmas I will try to replace the pecans with Xmas peanut M&M's. I left some home and brought some to work. They all disappeared in no time.

Classic Tiramisu

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2009
I used the soft lady fingers and bought the 12 oz the recipe called for. I had way too many. Other than that, this recipe was perfect. Everyone kept talking about how good it was.

Oven Ribs

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2009
These were super easy and everyone seemed to like them. I did one rack exactly by the recipe and I put some Stubb's on another rack. I thought the ones without the Stubbs were bland, but the kids loved them. The meat was falling right off the bones.
