Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
After all the great reviews, I was disappointed. I made this recipe according to the original directions and this was too rich for my taste. I felt like it needed more liquids or less cream cheese.

It's Chili by George!!
Wow!! This chili is outstanding, and I look forward to making it again and again!! I only made a couple very minor changes. Instead of the half teaspoon of white sugar, I used about 1 tablespoon of brown sugar (I like my chili a little sweeter), and instead of the large 46 ounce can of tomato juice I used 3 smaller cans (to equal about the same number of ounces) of diced tomatoes (the kind with basil, oregano, and garlic) in juice (I enjoy a little thicker chili with chunks of tomatoes). Since the diced tomatoes already had oregano in them, I omitted the oregano from my batch. It was so delicious, my husband and I each ate two large bowls of this chili. We are both looking forward to leftovers tomorrow. My search for a great chili recipe is over! Thank you George!!!!!

Easy Sausage Strata
This was tasty, but my husband and I both thought that we would prefer it with less sausage next time. I will most likely reduce the sausage to half a pound or 3/4 of a pound next time.
