Banana Banana Bread

This is the last banana bread recipe you will ever need! I wasn't a banana bread fan until I made this and who doesn't need a recipe to use up really ripe bananas?

Sour Cream Apple Pie Deluxe

Yummy! Similar to Marie Calendar's sour cream apple pie, but the sour cream is mixed with the apples instead of layering the top. I used low fat vanilla yogurt, doubled the apples and covered the crust with foil until the last 30 minutes of baking. I used brown sugar and smart balance for topping. Definitely making it again!

Fudge

This was easy, quick and delicious AND the other librarians I work with were hiding it from each other! After years of watching my mother and aunt slaving over a hot stove and stirring until their arms fell off I can't believe that I can now make fudge just as good with little effort. I did use 2 cups milk chocolate and 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. I'm not giving this secret away!
