easy and delicious. used the following comment advice: seasoned under the skin with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder, baked for first 45 min with skin, removed skin and then added BBQ sauce... yum!

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

these were a huge hit! I only had 2.5 cups of oats, so i compensated by splitting the dough in half and adding a ton of chocolate chunks to one portion and lots of coconut, white chocolate, and currants to the other. every cookie was finished by the end of the night.

Deep Fried Dill Pickles

I added a few modifications (seasoned up the flour with adobo, black pepper & paprika), so I can't TRULY rate the original, BUT these were a huge hit, so thank you!!

Tortilla Soup I

Orzo with Chicken and Artichokes

i'm just starting to cook and I've never cooked with pancetta or orzo before... this was delicious and easy. i used half the orzo in the recipe since i was only cooking for 1 tonight - i'll have lunch for a few days at work :) thanks!!
