My daughter in law isn't one for meatloaf but when I made this for my son, she LOVED it! So it's a keeper. Thanks so much for an awesome recipe. Note: the second time I made this I didn't have italian bread crumbs so I used regular bread crumbs and added 1 tsp of italian seasoning. It was still a hit!

My granddaughter and I made this and her question was "where is the vanilla and cinnamon"...lol. We put in vanilla and next time she wants to add cinnamon. We all loved it and will for sure make this one again!

I made this in muffin form instead of a cake. It was very good and I will make it again but try something else to keep the topping in place better.

Took these to the Super Bowl Party today. They were well received. I used pizza sauce instead of tomato sauce and added onions, garlic and oregano during the cooking of the ground beef. Will make again. Thanks for sharing this

We loved this!!! I didn't have 2 cups of cool whip so I used what I had...about a cup and it was perfect! I used tropical flavoured yogurt and it went over very, very well. Thanks so much for sharing!!!

Made this today and it was amazing!!! I doubled the sauce as was suggested by a few and holy! I was a bit overrun with sauce. It made 2 pies and still had some left over. I did add 3 small cut up potatoes as was suggested and I'm glad I did, though it would have been just as good without. Didn't have enough for a 2nd top crust so I used leftover stuffing to top the 2nd pie. I served this one for dinner and froze the other one for another time. I will be using this recipe regularly for sure! Thank you!!

I am about to try this recipe and after reading the reviews I can't wait! Gave it 5 stars already because how can it be anything less..according to the reviews. But, I was wondering if anyone has tried using a Splenda brown sugar substitute or regular Splenda instead of the sugar? I'm going to try the recipe using a few suggestions but I was curious if anyone had tried an alternative to the sugar. Part of my New Year Resolution..lol UPDATED 3 hours later...EXCELLANT!! Made all of mine into muffins, divided the batter up and added chocolate chips to one batch, raisins to another and chopped dates to another. For sugar I used 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar and 1 cup of white. I just might try using 2 cups of Splenda brown sugar for the next time I make this. I also did 1/2 cup veg oil and 1/2 cup applesauce with 2/3 cup of orange juice. I'm sure when I deliver them to my family they will be asking for more! Thanks so much for the fab recipe!!
