This is the first review I have ever left but felt it had to be said. I have tried many pizza dough recipes and this was the best thus far.. I doubled the recipe added 1 tbs of Italian seasoning and 1/2 tsp of garlic powder to the dough. let it rise about 10 min and let the kids make their own personal pizzas.. I did precook the dough for 8 min at 470 degrees before adding the sauce and toppings then returned for 15min at 420 degrees. The crust was soft and flavorful! Will make again!!
