Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup
I make this soup all the time; it's awesome! I saute the mushrooms at the beginning with onion(no leeks) and carrot and make a rue with the flour and cream. then in goes everything else. I don't see the need to use all the separate pots, this can be a one dish meal. I always have fresh, frozen dill in the freezer, which really makes the soup!

These were great! I made some changes to the filling to suit our family. I added some roasted garlic and medium cheddar cheese to the mashed potatoes. The dough was perfect and so easy to make using my pasta maker to roll it out! These will be a favorite in our house!

Famous Butter Chicken
This recipe is awesome! I even had a picky eater finish his before I was done. I did make a couple changes. I marinated the breasts in Italian dressing for a couple hours. I pounded the breasts with a meat tenderizer and I used salt-free french onion dip mix and dried garlic, which I put in my magic blender to turn into powder. I added them to the cracker mixture. I only used about 3 tbsp of butter all together and added half at the beginning and half when I flipped them half way through cooking time. Definitely going to be a favorite at our house!!
