Pork Chops and Sauerkraut

My Dad is 90 years old and he says this is the best dish that he has ever had! I'll admit that I'm not a pork eater, but I must admit, this dish is 5* Thank you!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

This chili was so delicious. I only had one can of white beans, so I used that and one can of pinto beans. Then I pureed a can of light red kidney beans in order to thicken it up. YummY!

Halibut with Rice Wine
