Very tasty cookies! Although the dough was very crumbly...I mixed it up ahead of time, put it in the fridge and it was still crumbles. I had to press it into a ball shape and form into a cookie. Other than that, very easy and good! I also added 3 tsp of almond extract as suggested by others.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Very Good! The whole family enjoyed it - even my two year old. I did add some bread crumbs to the cheese mixture. Recommended!

Quick and Easy 20-Minute Chicken Posole

Very good! I used the corn instead of the hominy as it wasn't avaiable in my grocery store. We put shreadded cheddar on top - very tasty.

It was good...and very easy to make but a little too much ketchup flavour. I would try next time with 1/2 ketchup, 1/2 BBQ sauce.

Mustard Vinaigrette

Excellent!! I tried it with several types of salad - great with spinach salad, added the spinach, hard boiled egg, bacon bits, and red onion. Also great with a tossed salad.

Baked Dijon Salmon

Excellent - the recipe calls for the salmon to be brushed with the honey, mstard, and butter - I used quite a bit to coat the salmon. It was excellent.

Red Velvet Cake I

This cake was OK - I used the suggestions of the other reviews and substituted the 1 cup of oil instead of shortening and increased the sugar to two cups and the cake did not rise completely. It tasted fine but I don't think I would make again.
