Fried Rice Restaurant Style

I loved this dish and will make it again. I do agree that it is better when the rice is cooked the night before. Next time I will throw shrimp in it!

Chicken and Chinese Vegetable Stir-Fry

This dish was great and enjoyed by the entire family. I did however use the frozen stir fry vegetable and a little more garlic (i am a garlic lover). i also added 1tsp of ginger as suggested by anothe reviewer. This is definitely a keeper and will be made again and again.

Parmesan Asparagus

the taste was ok but the asparagus were stringy. i don't know if that was from my cooking or a bad batch i am not an asparagus eater. so it might just have been me. i will try again

Flavorful Flounder

I followed the recipe exactly and this was without a doubt the best fish i have ever cooked or eaten. i wasn't sure at first but one bite and all doubts were erased. i even hid a couple of pieces from the men in my house:>) I will definitely cook again and again

Italian Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

This was my first time ever cooking this dish and this recipe was great. It was easy to make and the taste was magnificent. I served it over penne and there were no leftovers. I will make this a regular family meal.

Baked Dijon Salmon

I made this meal last night for dinner and it was great. My husband couldn't get enough and the idea of placing the sauce on the salmon after it's cooked was a great one. I added flavored rice and broccoli, the meal was quick and very good. I will definitely bake this again and I am not a lover of salmon but this recipe will make me eat it more often!
