This was a good start to a great recipe. I did change it up a bit because I felt that a 50/50 ratio of rice to orzo was a bit much since orzo expands so much more. Basically I just increased everything but the orzo. (1 cup rice, 3 cups broth, added a tbs of olive oil) I also sauted the rice with the orzo. It turned out great but I think I'll play with some herbs next time I make this dish. Also, I had no garlic (very odd for my kitchen) but did have garlic butter (the real stuff, not the "spread") so I used that instead.
