this was UNBELIEVABLE!! delicioso!! GREAT texture and as other's reviewed, not too sweet! Next time I will definately make a graham cracker crust and then it will be MORE then perfect! Great recipe, thank you!!

it was "OK"...party goers seemed to like it but I thought it was more a baked clams recipe. It would be GREAT in clam shells and baked!

Easy Chicken Posole

Very good taste but VERY VERY SPICY! Next time I will need to use 1/4 the amount of chili powder. Other then that it was wonderful topped with sour cream, cheddar cheese, cubed avocado, onions and tortilla chips!

Caesar Salad Supreme

took it to my cooking club night and everyone went NUTS over this recipe! Used Anchovy paste but next time I will use anchovie because I like more of the strong taste of the anchovies. Still people were going crazy over it. Will make it again.

Easy Corn and Crab Chowder

I mistakingly did NOT read the reviews before I cooked this and MAN there was WAY too much flour. It turned out like glue. My husband LOVED and I really did NOT like it. I won't make it again but maybe it's better with less flour, I'm not an experienced cook.

incredible!! Everyone went NUTS over these at the SuperBowl party! I myself could NOT stop eating them...just delicious. Someone told me they were gonna eat them all and I think she stole them and took them home instead!! LOL......all gone!

Never Bitter Lemonade

We have tons of lemons on our tree and I never know what to do with them. I tried making this for a brunch with 30 people and it was A HIT! Everyone loved it and it was gone FAST. Next time I'll double the recipe!

Tangy Honey Glazed Ham
