Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce

I wanted to like this dish, but just didn't like the sauce. Dill is not for me. The fish, however was tasty. I pan fried it instead of baking it. If you like dill, I'm sure this is a winner as others have reviewed, but just not for me.

Cajun Chicken Lasagna

Oh My Gosh!!!! This was awesome. I also used Louisiana girl's recipe for the Alfredo sauce instead of the bottle sauce. Even my picky 4 yr old eater loved this! Thanks! I love allrecipes.com and the people who contribute!

French Coconut Pie

Do you keep this in the refrigerator after it's baked or leave it on the counter? I love it! Tastes yummy--a little sweet. Might put a little less sugar next time.
