White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2012
This got rave reviews. I had to substitute the half and half for canned coconut milk and I used strawberries instead of raspberries. Everyone loved it. I found that the 1/4 cup of butter in the crust was a little greasy, it might be my choice of cookies but next time I'll use less.

Irresistible Double Chocolate Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2012
This recipe is good as is but it is very adaptable. I have made it several times, my favorite way is substituting applesauce for the pumpkin puree and soy milk for the buttermilk. Very good!

Marietta's White Chocolate Macadamia Biscotti

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2011
Great biscotti! I halved the recipe and added chocolate chips to one half and white chocolate chips and cashews to the other. It took longer than called for to bake the second time. Everyone loved it.

Waffles I

Great waffles, like others I doubled the sugar and vanilla. I Beat the egg whites separate with the sugar and folded them into the other ingredients.

Mexican Rice II

Great rice! We just like a lot more spice. I added taco seasoning more cumin and used salsa instead of tomato sauce.

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2010
This was a big hit even for my meat and creamy dip loving family. For half of it I added a wheel of brie (hot bruschetta dip from this site)that I heated in the microwave before hand.

Pinto Bean Pie IV

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2010
GENIOUSE! This pie is excellent, and no corn syrup! I cut down the sugar to 1 1/4 cups, put a few extra beans, and didn't measure the nuts, just covered the top. I think I will experiment a little more next time- maybe add some chocolate chips.

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

Not my favorite. Not sweet enough for me and I didn't care for the dried cranberries.

Love this recipe! Substituted apple sauce for the oil and used half whole wheat flour and it's almost guilt free.

Although I did change this recipe somewhat its turned out great. I didn't add any chicken and only used one can of soup, added fresh mushrooms and my own seasonings. Great side dish!

Heather's Cilantro, Black Bean, and Corn Salsa

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2009
I could eat this with a spoon, as a matter of fact I did with crushed chips on top! I have to add the heat though, 2 diced jalapenos, 1/2 tablespoon cumin, a sprinkle of Cayenne, and an extra 1/2 of a lime.I also omitted the avocado and olive oil. DELISH!

Purple Plum Pie

I don't know if it was the type of plum I used(a very sweet, yellow variety). It was really tart and really runny.

Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed: May 20, 2009
Great recipe! The family loved it and it was quick and easy. Like others I used sourcream with the mayo, used marinated artichokes, added a couple of chopped mushrooms, and some mozzarella cheese. I also sprinkled bread crumbs on top. It's a great recipe thats easy to adjust to your liking. I'll be making this for our next dinner party! Thanks!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: May 18, 2009
Great recipe! I made two pans full for a large croud, the first pan I made as written. The second pan my chicken breast was in smaller pieces so I breaded them and fried them then layered the rest of the ingredients in a casserole. Some liked the rolled-up version better, some liked the layered better. (The layered was a lot easier). Either way it was a big hit!
