Irresistible Double Chocolate Muffins
This recipe is good as is but it is very adaptable. I have made it several times, my favorite way is substituting applesauce for the pumpkin puree and soy milk for the buttermilk. Very good!

Marietta's White Chocolate Macadamia Biscotti
Great biscotti! I halved the recipe and added chocolate chips to one half and white chocolate chips and cashews to the other. It took longer than called for to bake the second time. Everyone loved it.

Waffles I
Great waffles, like others I doubled the sugar and vanilla. I Beat the egg whites separate with the sugar and folded them into the other ingredients.
