Sheila's Perfect Sangria
Absolutely wonderful! There really is a lot of fruit so if you aren't one to eat it, lessen it by about half. However I think that is the best part and love to eat what is leftover. The only changes I made (based on budget concerns and what was on hand) were I omitted the pineapple and added 2 fresh peaches, and I omitted the lemon and lime juice and lemon-lime soda altogether. I honestly did not think they were necessary. Overall a wonderful sangria and I love that you can play with it based on what is available in your house!

These are amazing! I did take a few suggestions from other reviewers by putting the egg in the measuring cup and then adding the milk. As well as I used about 1/4 cup heavy cream and 3/4 cup milk (That is before the egg addition), but I did not use anywhere near all of that mixture. I added 2 tsp cinnamon and about 1/2 cup chocolate chips, and drizzled chocolate ganache on them. Be careful when you bake these as 1 min over and they will become rather dry.

Easy Sugar Cookies
Great recipe! The texture is my ideal cookie, crisp on the outside, chewy inside. The only thing I may change is to add a bit more sugar. They are already sweet, but I just like a very sweet sugar cookie. I read some of the reviews and people said their dough was crumbly or dry. If this is the case, your butter was probably not fully softened. Make sure it is room temperature, and if it still seems crumbly, just get your hands into the dough and work it a bit. The heat from your hands will help it soften up a bit. Happy Baking!
