Aw-some Cole Slaw
Less sugar, no onion, more vinegar and some spices (onion powder, celery seed, grub rub).

Simple, quick and tasty - what more could you ask for? I didn't have/use the wine, I used 2 cups of beef broth instead of the consommé, and I put Ina few shakes of Worschestershire.

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos
Fantastic! Combined this recipe w/ the Moosewood Restaurant version. Kept the sweet potato mixture separate from the black bean mixture (didn't blend together) and had no problems mashing the black beans in the skillet with a potato masher. Had more than enough filling for 10 pk of 8" tortillas - the extra filling AND the burritos freeze well.
