im 28 years old, married, have a 10 month old baby, two dogs and two cats. im a stay at home mom who only works saturdays to keep up my medical kills as a veterinary technician. ive always loved animals and being around them. i started cooking shortly after my daughter was born and seem to be getting ok at it.

Amy's Delicious Turkey Burgers
Great Recipe!! But i did make some changes. Instead of garlic powder, i used minced garlic. For the cheese crackers, i had some Goldfish Extreme Blast in my cabinet, so i crushed those. For people who do not like alot of heat in their food...use only (1/2) tablespoon or lessred pepper flakes in the recipe. Very juicy burgers when cooked in a cast iron skillet. Yummy!!

Onion Pan-Fried Pork Chops
This recipe was ok.....a little salty. I actually gave my boneless porkchops a quick dip in milk before coating in the onion/flour mix. This helped it stick alot better. I added garlic powder and black pepper. I also fried in canola oil because some reviewers were saying the olive oil didnt get hot enough. Afterwards i rested them on a paper towels to dry up any excess oil.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
i tried this recipe, took into account all of the other reviews tips, such as adding celery, an extra can of soup, rolling out the biscuits and cooking the dumplings longer. i really didnt like it. the biscuits cooked for 1.5 hours and still were not done and it felt like i was eating straight cream of chicken. im from south carolina so i guess im very picky when it comes to chicken and dumplings.
