We have so many bananas here in Trinidad! Often the heat in the kitchen during the day makes them ripen very fast. Personally, I like bananas at the "just ripened" stage. Once they get too many spots or browned skin, I put them in the fridge and make banana nut bread soon… MORE

I normally make the same types of cookies for the holidays, but this year it will be abbreviated. My gingerbread men taste wonderful but it seems not too many others like them, so they're off the list this time. I have a request for my Heavenly Hash and I love Oriental Crunch, a family… MORE
