My family and I made these cookies on christmas eve "for Santa" and they turned out great! I did not have to change the recipe as many people had said. I did however add a half a teason of orange extract for extra flavor!

Chicken Enchiladas II

This recipe was excellent! There is no other way to describe it! I didn't make any changes but I added salsa under the topping. I also used corn tortillas. These enchiladas were so good they did not last. I can't wait to make these again!

Manicotti Alla Romana

Excellent! Medium difficulty, especially if the manicotti you buy has no "cooking time" and just says "cook until done". Cutting "done" in half is quite difficult. Otherwise, best manicotti I've ever had, and a definite family favorite. I added a little Italian seasoning to the spaghetti sauce with the fresh basil.
