Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

I have been making these delicious twice baked taters for years! I do a few things different though, I bake my potatoes without the foil on 400 degrees for about an hour, this causes the skin to harden and makes it easier to scoop all of the potato out and makes a nice secure boat to put ingredients back in. I also don't use any milk and add some season salt as well. My family would eat these every night if I made them! They are the best.

Pennsylvania Dutch Pickled Beets and Eggs

Although I didn't use bay leaves, a lot less sugar and only a 1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves, this is almost identical to my late Mother's recipe! I usually double the recipe, my son and I just can't seem to get enough of these when I make them...delicious!

Egg Noodles

These noodles are good but I personally would leave out the butter, the butter makes the consistency more gooey and more difficult to knead and roll out.

Spicy Bean Salsa

I was given this exact salsa recipe from my ex-daughter in-law several years ago and is a huge hit no matter what event we bring it to. It's best served after refrigerating over night and is very addicting!! All my family and friends love it!
