Italian Restaurant-Style Dressing

Hello people... The pectin is a thickening agent and CANNOT be left out. If it is, the dressing will be watery and you will NOT like the consistency. The taste is great..

Chicken Tikka Masala

Not really sure what the fuss is about. It is not what I'm used to...... After making it, I realized that I just could have made the sauce as directed plus a little bit of cinnamon and taco seasoning plus grilled chicken and gotten the same flavor. I am used to a thinner, more red tomato sauce base and less cinnamon flavor. This turned out extremely thick with the cream and was a peachy-pink color. I did however figure out on my own that the salt was too much.... I'll keep looking for something more authentic.

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

Extremely easy! Great for that last minute treat when unexpected guests are coming. I will make these again. I added 1/4 cup flour and did place the kiss on for the last minute of baking. That way it sticks to the cookie

Magic Cookie Bars from EAGLE BRAND®

Cream Corn Like No Other

Just made this and I am not sure what the fuss is about. The cheese could not even be tasted. There are way too many calories to make this on a regular basis. It's back to the can!
