Deluxe Sugar Cookies

Really great flavor, simple to make, i found tohe dough to be a bit sticky, so i added about 3/4 cup granulated sugar, i turned the dough out on to a piece of waxwed paper and wrapped it in a ball. i stuck it in the freezer for about 15 minutes and it was perfect to work with then. i cut off a piece the size i needed then stuck the rest in the frig. they didn't hold their shape very well, so i had to make fondant to decorate them so they could be detected as what they were. big hit!

Rolling Fondant

A++++++ ?The Best and Easiest Fondant Recipe I have ever made....and i have made a lot of them...I would suggest putting the confectioners sugar in the bowl BEFORE ANY liquids, and I like to flavor mine so i added a trablespoon of Almond extract...i tried 1 tsp. but couldn't taste anything...i did turn mine out onto a confectioner sugar covered marble surface and needed another cup into the dough before putting into the frig...

Grandma's Sugar Cookies

i gave this recipe a 1 only because the flavor was good, the recipe was a flop! they are NOT good to be cutting out shapes. they all ran together and got very puffy... i was in a time crunch making these for my great niece's first birthday party at 10:00 PM and didn't have a lot of time...i had to start all over with a new recipe...so that i could actually show up the next day with a presentable cookie since i am known for my decorated cookies....i won't use this recipe again.

Rolling Fondant

Noisemaker Appetizers

i would lower the heat on the baking because they burn on the edges at 375...even at 350 they get too brown. i'll try them again at 325...i added a bunch of ingredients to the crab mixture to liven it up..the kids my hubby loved them...i will make again my way.

Surprise Banana Cake

this was really easy and has great banana flavor, i added the 1 tsp of baking powder and i also added a dash of nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon and allspice. very tasty, and light. i made a light airy white frosting which was not overly sweet to finish it off.

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin

this was amazing! the whole family raved about it! the taste was amazing, the crust kept all the juices in so it was moit and succulant. Yummy will make again and again...i did increase the garlic and the garlic powder to 1 Tbs each and added 1 Tbs of Regular Chili powder and only 2 Tbs of the Chipotle Chili Powder. I also left it sit in the spices in the plastic bag in the frig for 24 hours. it was sooo sooo good!!!! I made garlic mashed potatoes and a beef bordeau gravy sauce with it...
