Pork Rib Stew with Sage Cornmeal Dumplings

Loved the flavor. However, my dumplings disintegrated in the stew. I cooked the dumplings according to the time in the recipe. Next time, I will not cook the dumplings as long.

Fierro Chicken

This has become a family favorite. My husband ask for it frequently. When I prepared this recipe, I did not add the mushrooms. Still great.

Love this recipe. I served along with a shoulder of lamb with a greek flair. My company loved it. However, I did not want to use spinach sine it was in my lamb recipe. So, I substituted chopped broccoli and cauliflower. Just as good. This is definately a keeper
