Chicken In Basil Cream

This was an excellent, fast dish! I did not have fresh basil so used 1 TBsp dried and it was just the right amount. There are only 3 in our family so I just used 3 breasts but made all the sauce. It is delicious on rice so if you are using more than 3 breasts, I would double the sauce. Definitely a keeper!!

Braised Balsamic Chicken

This was absolutely delicious! However, I would double the sauce for 6 breasts. I only used 3 breasts but made all the sauce and it was almost gone. I made it exactly as stated except used stewed Italian tomatoes as this was what I had. Give this recipe a try. You will not be disappointed!!

Sweet Mustard Chicken Bake

This was an excellent recipe! I followed the directions exactly and everyone loved it! I did turn the chicken over several times while baking so the flavors could get to all the chicken. Next time after cooking, I will thicken the sauce and serve with rice.

Beer Beef Stew II

We did not like this at all. The sweet taste in a stew was just not to anyones liking. I threw this recipe away!
