Chicken In Basil Cream
This was an excellent, fast dish! I did not have fresh basil so used 1 TBsp dried and it was just the right amount. There are only 3 in our family so I just used 3 breasts but made all the sauce. It is delicious on rice so if you are using more than 3 breasts, I would double the sauce. Definitely a keeper!!
