Fajita Marinade I
I recently went to a "cookware" party and the hostess made fajitas using the Covered Baker that were so good! The cookware company offers a Southwestern seasoning mix that I didn't want to purchase...this recipe duplicates that seasoning pretty well. I thought that maybe it was just a tiny bit too hot, so next time I'll reduce the cayenne (I also added a little less than 1/2 tsp chili powder). I also liked that this recipe doesn't use a lot of oil. Very good!
