Southern Pulled Pork
Gave this 4 stars because I did change it a little.. instead of just using water I used a can of beer and 2 cups of chicken broth. I also added 2 Tb of worcestershire sauce and skipped the browning- just put everything into the slow cooker. Cooked it on high for 3 hours and low for an additional 6 hours. I used a 5.5 lb pork shoulder. It was absolutely DELICIOUS.. I don't even like pulled pork and I couldn't get enough of it!! I will definitely make this again.. probably often.
