I'm a mother of three and a wife to a Chef's apprentice. I am currently in my first semester of Chef training, and will be finished by about April 2011. My hubby and I have aspirations to own our own catering business and restuarant.

I enjoy cooking just about everything, but love baking the best. Anything using puff pastry, or phylo pastry is my most favourite.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I love cooking up the Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner...I love cooking Colcannon on Halloween...I love the Easter Ham...and Olibollen for New Years!!!
My cooking triumphs
I make a heavenly Hollandaise sauce...why? Because I can!
My cooking tragedies
I have a tragedy usually when I try to bake tired...wrongly written recipes and me tired usually do not mix!
