Hi, I love this site! I have spent most of my life working in restaurants and food service. I grew up in the Mississippi Delta and I love all Southern cooking. I also lived in Florida, so I also like Caribbean food. Now very interested in vegetarian and healthy cooking. I am married with two fur babies, our Cairn Terriers.
