The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2011
Really surprising! I left all the peppers out, the kidney beans, the black beans and the garbanzos for my husband... So, What did I put instead?? I baked my own pinto beans first in water with spices and added a can of white beans. It cooked for two hours...oups! But was so good, The 3 kids, my husband and I ate almost the whole pan with cornbread. REALLY good! Thank you

Perfect Turkey

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2010
This is a success. I put the turkey right side up from the beginning and cover it with foil paper then uncover it for the last half hour and bast it several times. Simple, nice looking and very good.

Honey Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2009
Surprisingly good. I followed the receipe but I put half of the honey (next time I'll put some more), I used butter, I used a mix of muesli, so it has some nuts and raisins. I put 10 dry apricots in small pieces and instead of the vanilla, some lemon zest. Soft, they made me think of the 'Grany'cookies.

Pecan Pumpkin Pie I

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2008
Thanks to your comments, I did for the first time a pumpkin pie. Very good, not too spicy and these are my variations: I didn't put the white sugar and it was sweet enough. I used walnuts because here in Belgium pecans are not common. I used tangerine instead of orange and it was very delicate. I did two pies and I could not wait to let them cool before tasting them...
