Jay Dee's Sugar Cookie
About this Cook
I have two little girls and the most awesome man ever! I work at a little cafe called Duffer's cafe.
My favorite things to cook
I work at a cafe so I love to fry and cook on a grill, but I also love cooking at home and making creations my family will always remember.
My favorite family cooking traditions
We always had big big holiday dinners with cookie buffets and candies and pies. I also enjoyed birthdays with my favorite meals and beautiful birthday cakes.
My cooking triumphs
I usually triumph with everything I cook and if I don't I don't serve it! I have made some daily specials at work that completely sold out and I have watched my friends lick their plates at the end of our dinner parties.
My cooking tragedies
I undercooked my first turkey, and I have gotten a few frowns when using precooked ingredients. Major tragedies I have blocked out.

Gravy Baked Pork Chops
This is very basic and I think every mom has made this at some point. This is more of a starter recipe. I usually add mushrooms, onions, or a package of pork gravy mix...

Simple Hamburger Stroganoff
Pretty good version but needs just a bit more in the flavor department. I added garlic powder and pepper. I also used rice because my family prefers it. Next time I might cut back on the cream cheese but other than that we liked it. I will make it again.

Tuna Noodle Casserole II
Not bad at all. I added peas and used bread crumbs. Next time I will add more cheese and I will probably use the chips too. I definetly is a nice casserole!
