Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

I was pleasantly surprised by this dish. It was very good. I baked at 350 for about 20 min- which was a little too much (I was trying to time it to be done at the same time as the pork). Thank you so much for this!

Marinated Peppers

This was wonderful all by itself. I didn't have balsamic vinegar so I used red wine vinegar. I also used more garlic just to suit my taste. We had this the next day over pasta with olives, tomatoes and a honey lemon sauce- so delicious. Thanks!

Easy Pie Crust

This crust is awesome! It is super easy to make and very delicious. Don't forget to puncture so that it vents otherwise it bubbles up (It looked funny).

Sweet Dinner Rolls

This is an awesome recipe! My first time making bread by hand that turned out delicious. I dont have a bread maker so this is what I did - I combined the yeast and milk, combined the other ingredients and sifted the flour before adding it. I let the dough rise over the heat of the warming oven. I then rolled out a portion of the dough, buttered it and formed dough balls to rise over the oven. With the other half of the dough I made cinnamon rolls. My husband said that the rolls were better than cinnabon! Thank you for this recipe!

Apple Hermits

I was pleasantly surprised by this cookie. I used splenda brown sugar, allspice instead of cloves (I didnt have any) and a little extra butter (the batter was not coming together) and the end result was delicious. A fluffy healthier cookie. Thank you!

Eggplant Parmesan II

This is so yummy! I was a little nervous to try this because I have never cooked with eggplant, but it was delicious. I didn't do too much different, just spices and eggplant crunchiness to my liking. Thanks so much!

Sally's Spinach Mashed Potatoes

This was a great way to spice up mashed potatoes. Thank you for the recipe. I did by accident, put in more onion than was called for but it still turned out great. I did not have the dill or the cheddar, so I used thyme and rosemary and colby-jack instead. Yummy!

All American Apple Pie

This is a great recipe. Thank you for adding it. I did cut time by using a prepared crust (Marie Calendars - I let it thaw while preparing the filling). I also cooked the ingredients for the filling over the stove top in a pot and added spices to taste. Once the filling was warmed and gooey I put it in the pie crust added the topping (I made a little extra) and in the oven to bake. It was very good!
