Stewed Cabbage
I bought cabbage on a whim and realized I had no clue what to do with it. I found this recipe and it was wonderful! I had always heard how stewed cabbage is really good but didn't know it would taste like this. It was wonderful, thanks so much.

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
I was so happy to have found this recipe but I had trouble with cooking the cauliflower. I ended up cooking it almost 40 minutes before it was tender. Not sure why. I liked how it was more healthy than other ways of cooking cauliflower. Will have to figure out what I did wrong.

Extreme Chocolate Cake
I will make this cake again! It was as moist and as chocolatey as promised. I did substitute coffee for the water but otherwise the recipe is perfect and easy to follow. My son who won't eat cake devoured it! I used the 9 inch pans as stated and had no problem with overflow at all. Make sure you grease and flour the pans well as it was a bit tricky getting them out but I did and it was divine. Thank you so much!
