Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2014
I loved this dish. I followed JILLYBEAN14 suggestions and it turned out wonderful. My slow cooker but be fast because it was done in 3-4 hours. I did not use a bullion cube. It may need a little more liquid at the end and I did not sautéed mushrooms but just dumped in the sliced mushrooms raw and they cooked nicely without disappearing. Will make this again and for company what a treat.

Chicken Salad With Bacon and Red Grapes

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2014
I have been making this salad for quite some time now and it is always a favorite with my husband. I don't change anything except sometimes I will add instead of grapes…apples or pineapple and maybe some chopped pecans.

Ham and Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2013
I loved this recipe because it is so easy to twice. I used cream of mushroom soup and added sliced raw mushrooms and frozen peas. Took the suggestion of another reviewer and used crushed Ritz crackers on the top. The biggest thing I changed is the assembly , I did not put the noodles in with the other ingredients but when I baked it, but served them separately. The noodles would have sucked up the liquid and make the casserole dry. I did bake the other ingredients for 45 min. at 350 degrees so the cheese, mushrooms and onion would cook. It was delicious. Could use tune or chicken in this also.

30 Minute Almond Chicken by Minute® Rice

Reviewed: May 20, 2013
I just made this for my husband and me for dinner tonight and loved it. The rice had a lot of flavor with the almonds and green beans. The chicken was tender and flavorfull. All I did was add salt and pepper when I was cooking the chicken. This is a keeper for sure.

Mama's Asian Chicken and Rice

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2011
This sauce was great. Just not enough of it. I wish I had read the reviews before I made it so that I was prepared to alter the dish a little like after adding the sauce only cook it for 15 min. max. I cooked it too long and lost almost all my liquid so the dish was dry. I would double the sauce and add vegetables. I will do this dish again very soon. It was awsome.

Pasta Melanzana

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2009
My husband and I loved this dish. I took the advice of another cook who made this and it was wonderful. I also added a half of a large onion, five cups of spinach and thank goodness I came across that it is 3/4 POUND of bow tie and not 3/4 CUP. I am passing this on to my daughters. Thank you SPEARL30

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2009
Made this for the 4th of July party and it was a hit. It was so easy in the slow cooker. I used "Sweet Baby Rays" BBQ sauce but next time I will save some of the liquid from the crock pot to give some moisture to the leftovers.
